The terms below govern use of notaryhub365.com and our services, including our text messaging program. Effective date: July 28, 2026.

About our services

NotaryHub365 is the mobile notary and loan signing service of Bernhard Suppan, a Texas notary public and NNA certified signing agent based in Hutto, Texas. NotaryHub365 is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Unless a notary public is an attorney licensed to practice law in Texas, a notary public may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.

Quotes, bookings, and payment

  • Quotes are provided upfront and are binding for the job as described. If the job changes at the appointment (additional signers, documents, or stops), the price is updated and confirmed with you before the extra work happens.
  • Texas statutory notarial fees are capped by Texas Government Code §406.024; travel and convenience fees for mobile service are separate and disclosed before booking.
  • Payment options and the total are confirmed when your appointment is booked.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

NotaryHub365 (Bernhard Suppan) sends text message updates and responses to customers about pricing and services offered at https://notaryhub365.com, such as replies to your inquiries, quotes, appointment confirmations, and scheduling updates.

  • Opt-in. When you text one of our numbers first, or otherwise opt in to receive texts, we may send you a message to confirm your signup and respond to your request.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
  • Cancel any time. Text STOP to the number you messaged. After you send STOP, we will reply to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from that number. To rejoin, simply text us again or opt in as you did the first time.
  • Need help? Text HELP to the number you messaged, and we will respond with instructions on how to use the service and how to unsubscribe. You can also contact us at office@notaryhub365.com or (512) 812-8293.
  • Carriers. Participating carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Website use

Content on this site is provided for general information about our services and may change without notice. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use its content to misrepresent our services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NotaryHub365's liability for any claim arising out of a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law, and nothing in these terms modifies the duties of a Texas notary public under applicable law.
